Work Package 3
Requirements, Architecture, Benchmarking, Data Security and Ethical Pillars
WP3 aims to shape the HospAItal project by conducting a comprehensive study, identifying requirements, designing the platform’s components, defining KPIs, developing a common data model, ensuring data interoperability, creating a benchmarking framework, and addressing data security and ethical considerations.

Work Package 5
HospAItal Platform Integration and Pilot Demonstration
WP5 ensures seamless integration of tools, algorithms, and security/ethical components from WP3 and WP4 into a flexible platform. It verifies and evaluates technical aspects, providing valuable feedback for continuous development. It also defines pilot requirements, organizes deployment, monitors ICU operations in real-time, and evaluates pilot results based on predefined KPIs.

Dissemination and Communication Activities
WP2 aims to enhance the visibility and impact of the HospAItal consortium. It focuses on publishing project advancements in reputable venues, ensuring broad awareness in academic and research communities. Simultaneously, WP2 crafts a robust communication strategy for a leading online presence, facilitating effective updates and results dissemination. It fosters collaboration through clustering activities and conducts workshops/webinars to showcase the platform. The package also provides feedback to standardization bodies, optimizing technologies, and contributes to healthcare professional education and certification in HospAItal-related solutions.

Work Package 4
AI-based Services for ICU
WP4 focuses on several key objectives to enhance healthcare services. Firstly, it aims to provide logistics improvement tools for healthcare services in Cyprus, targeting enhanced service efficiency, patient experience, and identity vigilance. Additionally, WP4 endeavors to establish a comprehensive framework for technology-based modalities, specifically focusing on effective rehabilitation and therapy protocols. The work package also involves the development of surgical support tools for invasive operations. Furthermore, it aims to deliver empathic user interfaces and AI units for assistive care. Finally, WP4 seeks to create a digital health platform that facilitates decision support for personalized treatment.
